Hi there! I'm a wife and a mom of two. Being a full-time mom gave me the opportunity to learn things out of my world, coming from a medical field. I'm soooo THANKFUL that baking is one of them and cooking in general! I never thought it can be addicting (in a good way!). Though many times I felt everything I do are complete failures from tons of recipes I've tried.
That's the very reason and my driving force in creating this CHANNEL. Specifically, if you're a complete novice in the kitchen like me. To spare you at least from the hassle and roller coaster of emotions, I came up with recipes that are only tried and tested myself. Budget-friendly, simplified, easy to follow recipes, yet giving you an outstanding outcome (hopefully 😊)!

So I decided to make a complete updated video due to technical issue happened from my previous Banana Bread Recipe..

FOOLPROOF EASY HOMEMADE BANANA LOAF CAKE RECIPE
DRY INGREDIENTS:
• 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
• 1/2 c white sugar
• 1/3 c brown sugar (adjust 2 to 4 tbsp more to your liking)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
WET INGREDIENTS:
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 c cooking or baking oil (avoid strong-flavored oil)
• 1 cup evaporated milk (fresh milk)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup ripe bananas (4-5pcs)
~ Foil Container 6x3" yields 3 loaves
~ Loaf Pan 8x3" yields 2 loaves
Bake over a preheated oven @ 350°F about 40 to 50mins depending on the size of...
